Keira Knightley is one of six stunning cover stars for Interview Magazine's September issue titled "The Photographer's Issue".
Interview asked seven of its most visionary photographers, including Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, to shoot their ideal woman for the issue.
29-year-old Knightley, who was photographed by Patrick Demarchelier, wears a beautiful black velvet Donna Karan ensemble styled by Elin Svahn. The wet-look hair and barely there make up? Only Keira could pull off this look.
Think elfin elegance with a sexy edge.
Other cover stars include Naomi Campbell by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, Nicole Kidman by Steven Klein, American actress and model Amber Valletta by Craig McDean, French actress Lea Seydoux by Peter Lindbergh and Ukrainian Canadian model Daria Werbowy by Mikael Jansson.
Naomi, a true fashion icon if ever there was one, wears Balmain (check the statement collar and cuffs) and was styled by Ludivine Poiblanc for the shoot. The 44-year-old supermodel never looked so striking - it's all in the pose.
Kidman's cover? All performance - dark, romantic, sultry - and it kind of looks like she's being attacked by a vampire. You can't see the full look from the cover but she's wearing Prada and sporting a retro curly 'do.
The complete interviews and all the shots will be released by Interview during the last week in August. Keep an eye out on the website too.
