Kim Kardashian Has Been 'Waist Training'

Forget weight training, Kim Kardashian is all about the waist training.

That's right, Mrs Kim Kardashian West has been going hard in the gym in order to get the perfect hourglass figure and can we just say, wow.

Kim posted a photo on Instagram revealing her super slim waistline which was accentuated by a black and purple corset. (The latest thing in workout gear, obviously.)

The 33-year-old reality TV star captioned her selfie with: "#hourglass #waisttraining #nophotoshopnecessary @premadonna87"

Check the tagging too - Premadonna is the CEO of so Kim is clearly working with the professionals to get trim.

According to reports, Kim has cut out carbs and has lost an impressive seven pounds in just two weeks.

"She feels like she's reached her goal weight now, you can tell she slimmed down" an inside source told UsWeekly.

Kim recently spoke out on Twitter about wanting to shift her post-baby weight:

"I'm not gonna call it baby weight bc thats an excuse. I just gained weight & that's it. Why is it so much harder to lose after baby though!!... ughhhh my hips & butt are huge now! They were big to begin with!"

She's all about flaunting her fabulous figure and there's no denying she's looking amazing. Kim is queen of a heading-turning (revealing) ensemble and confidence is key to pulling it off.
