Kylie Minogue might be famous for wearing those teeny tiny gold hot pants in her 'Spinning Around' video, but you won't catch the star twerking like Miley Cyrus anytime soon.
The 46-year-old singer spoke to the Express about her dancing technique.
"As fun as it is I don't twerk.
"I don't know what you call what I do... I shimmy," she added. "I prefer the slow movement, let's say."
We don't blame her. Who doesn't love a bit of a shimmy every now and again?
Kylie was last seen on stage at the closing ceremony of the Commonwealth Games at Glasgow's Hampden Park.
She performed hits 'Into the Blue' and 'Love At First Sight' to a TV audience of approximately one billion.
Sadly, Kylie left her shorts at home and donned black patent thigh-high boots, a satin pink and black bodysuit and a feather headdress. Just your average party outfit.
The singer will be showing off her stage style again next month when she starts the European leg of her Kiss Me Once tour in Liverpool on 24 September. She's scheduled to play in Madrid, Budapest and Vienna during the autumn with the last show due to take place on 15 November in Paris.
