Kate Upton's spokesperson has hit out at hackers who published nude photos of the model online, labelling the situation an "outrageous violation".
Kate is one of over 100 famous people whose naked photos have been leaked online, as part of what has been described as one of the biggest hacking celebrity scandals ever.

A spokesperson for the model has told The Mirror: “This is obviously an outrageous violation of our client Kate Upton's privacy. We intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating these illegally obtained images to the fullest extent possible.”
So far the biggest victim of the scandal has been Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence. Various photos showing the actress in various stages of undress were first shared on an internet forum before being posted on a number of other sites.
Twitter users have supported J-Law over the pictures, with many condemning the hacker who first shared the images as well as anyone seen sharing them, while the site have claimed they'll be suspending the accounts of anyone who posts the pictures.
A representative for the actress has said they will be prosecuting “anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence”.
It’s still not yet known how the images were first leaked, though one popular rumour suggests that the stars’ iCloud accounts could have been maliciously accessed to obtain the explicit photos, particularly after ‘Final Destination’ actress Mary Winstead claimed to have deleted her photos a long time before they were shared online.
She took to her Twitter on Sunday to say:
Kelly Brook, Cara Delevingne and TV personality Cat Deeley are all thought to be among the victims of the hack.
