Sky Sports' Deadline Day Circus Sent Packing By Unruly Fans

In years to come, 1 September 2014 might be remembered as the day fans became as mad as hell and weren't going to take it anymore. The Sky Sports News circus rolled into London Colney, Finch Farm, Bodymoor Heath and more on deadline day, and they couldn't have packed up the tent any quicker.

There was a blue dildo, there was a blow-up doll, there were cries of "Fuck her in the pussy" from a man wearing sunglasses at night. This was revenge for Dharmesh Sheth's "Totaliser" moment, Gary Cotterill's deliberate Partridge and Jim White believing the hype.

White, the face of transfer deadline day, can't even get a transfer right. A fortnight ago, he confidently claimed Mehdi Benatia was on a plane bound for Manchester, only last week he turned up in Munich and is now a Bayern player.

Enough of White, though. Poor Alan Irwin, stood outside Everton's Finch Farm complex, had a blue dildo thrust into his ear by one scally before the Toffees took pity on him and allowed Irwin to report from inside the training ground. "There's a real buzz around this place," Irwin didn't say. Everton didn't even sign anyone on Monday, as they confirmed the loan of David Henen on Tuesday morning.

Cotterill resembled Partridge attempting to get Dan's attention when he desperately pleaded with Harry Redknapp to roll down his window for a chat. The QPR manager drove off into the misty distance.

And why did Kaveh Solhekol flee from Crystal Palace's training ground? The below banner is why...
