Last EVER 'True Blood' Episode Finds Sookie And Bill Getting Real About Vampire-Human Dilemma (Clip)

Sookie Has Reason To Be Sad In Last Ever 'True Blood' (Sneak Clip)

'True Blood’s final ever episode is just around the corner… as fans prepare to say goodbye forever to the inhabitants of Bon Temps and their favourite resident vampires.

In preparation for the very last bite into the adventures of Sookie, Bill and Co, we have a sneak clip of the very final episode above... is it all over for the lovestruck duo?

Sookie Stackhouse has to eye a future without Bill, her great vampire love

This finale brings to an end the Southern Gothic tale of humans and vampires, just trying to get along in lil' ol' Louisiana. Just to add to the 'Twilight' vibe, leads Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer who play Sookie and Bill were married in 2010, after getting together right at the start of the series, and they are now the parents of twins.

Meanwhile, co-stars Ryan Kwanten and Alexander Skarsgård have both seen their stars rise, with big screen careers now at their bloody fingertips.

As for 'True Blood' itself, did you know...?

1. The name of the fictional Louisiana town of Bon Temps translates into ‘Good Times’. It's from the Cajun expression "Laissez les bon temps rouler!" “Let the good times roll”.

2. 'True Blood' has its own take on vampire myths, for example, that well-established fact that vampires can't see their own shadow, or reflection. In 'True Blood', this is just a myth and not true of Bon Temps' vampires.

Bill spells out the vampire's dilemma - hasn't this occurred to them before in the previous seven seasons?

3.. All of the episodes in season 2 were named after the song that played at the end of the episode.

4. Sam Merlotte, played by Sam Tramell, is the only member of the cast who is actually from Louisiana.

5.. Charlaine Harris, the author of the books 'True Blood' is based on, made a cameo appearance in the Season 2 finale.

6. Another surprise face was British 'EastEnders' star Rob Kazinsky. He appeared in Season 6 as Macklyn Warlow, and his scenes with Ryan Kwanten were very popular. Rob would have liked things to go further…"It would've even been better if we had kissed or something like that, but because we just had to get really close it was impossible to not laugh!"

The final ever episode of True Blood premieres Monday 8 September 9pm on FOX.
