Marks & Spencer has upped its game for Autumn/Winter 2014.

The 'food porn' ads are set to make a comeback, David Gandy has launched his debut underwear collection and best of all, the fashion is better than ever.

Need proof? The brand's latest TV ad showcases the A/W 14 collection created by style director Belinda Earl.

The five key trends are Simple Luxe (smart layers, tailoring, androgynous), Down Town (1960s-inspired print, knee-high boots and shift dresses) and Gentle Woman (the prettiest pastels and fabrics you've ever seen).

Then there's Modernist (sharp, structural shapes, colour blocking) and The Arts (sultry silhouettes, florals, embellishment and texture).

Staple separates include polo-necks, jackets, A-line skirts, shifts and black knee-high boots that are both classic and contemporary. And the coats? The brand's fourth Best of British collection, designed in-house, continues its focus on craftsmanship and creativity - and the line up for the new season will not disappoint.
