David Beckham is rapidly running out of space for tattoos - here he is showing off his latest inking.

We've always admired how close the Beckham family seem every time they appear in public, and this weekend was no different, with David cradling a dozing Harper and Cruz clinging to mum Victoria's hand as the clan walked through Los Angeles' LAX airport.

The youngest Beckham slept soundly against her dad's shoulder, not even stirring despite being surrounded by a crowd of paparazzi which could have filled a passenger jet themselves.

The family are off on a trip, and it seems like David was leaving the airport with more than a bottle of Chanel No. 5 and few cartons of Benson & Hedges from duty free. The former England international flashed his brand new tattoo as the family made their way to departures.

The ink reads 'Lead with Love', written in ornate font across the top of Becks' left hand. It isn't the first inspirational phrase he's had inscribed on his body - he had 'Spiritual perfection' written in Latin on his arm in 2003, as well as a lengthy Chinese proverb on one side of his chest.

Perhaps the new design is intended to inspire him as he tries to establish his own football team in Miami. Though we're not sure how the touchy-feely sentiment would go down as a changing room pep talk.

David got his first tattoo, a Gothic script rendering of 'Brooklyn' to mark the birth of his first child, in 1999. Since then he's covered his upper body in dozens of tattoos, admitting that he is 'addicted' to the body art.

While the England legend hasn't yet discussed the tat or its meaning in public, many of his tattoos are dedicated to his family.

One of the most noticeable is the Roman numeral 'VII' inscribed on his inner right forearm - a nod not only to his former Manchester United and England number, but also to daughter Harper Seven.

Other tattoos include the names of sons Romeo and Cruz (he didn't really have much choice after the Brooklyn one, did he?), Sanskrit script spelling 'Victoria' on his inner left arm and
across his left collarbone.
