The new iPhone might not be available in stores for weeks after this month's announcement - but that doesn't mean you won't get a new phone until you get a new handset.

iOS 8 - Apple's latest software update for the iPhone and iPad - will be released on September 10. And while some iOS upgrades have led to as many problems as solutions (remember Apple Maps?) this time you should be looking to upgrade as soon as possible.
