This recipe from juice brand Plenish has also been made with glowing complexions in mind.
You will need:
2 cucumbers (peeled if not organic)
8 large kale or chard leaves
1 large generous handful or dandelion or pea sprouts
4 stalks of celery
1-2 big broccoli stems
1 inch piece of ginger
Push all ingredients through a slow juicer (you may need to push the liquid through a second time to remove all the fibre). Enjoy!
