There are many inventive ways to propose to your other half. Some more hazardous than others.
Take, for example, the water-based proposal.
YouTuber Swilk had it all worked out. As he, his girlfriend and their friends headed on their pedal-boat towards the shore, some other friends there were holding up signs. Swilk produced the ring... and then his girlfriend, with a playful "Shut up!", accidentally knocked that ring clean out of his hands and into the water.
We do hope they went and found a metal detector...
