Sharp, structured silhouettes (tunic dresses with A-line skirts, boxy jackets, sleeveless waistcoats, plunging leather mini dresses) were paired with thigh-high lace up and peep toe boots, hair was poker-straight and eyebrows were bleached out.
What to invest in next summer? A stripe monochrome shirt, crochet halter-neck dress with ruffle detailing (spoiler: Cara's wearing it) and a pair of *those* boots. Man, those boots are just amazing.
The catwalk tone? Dark, sultry, smouldering armour for the fearless contemporary woman.
Not only does Givenchy's artistic director know how to design a sexy-making, all-about-the-provocative collection, but he knows how to draw in a star-studded front row.
Yes, that would be Mrs Kim Kardashian West, North and Kanye looking super sleek in top-to-toe black. FYI North West had her own designated seat and wore floor-length chiffon (that matched her mama's) with some seriously bling earrings.
