The semi-final of The Great British Bake Off 2014 asks the four remaining bakers to tackle patisserie - with three testing challenges:
A sticky and flaky filo pastry treat from Turkey, these sweet bakes are usually made with a nut filling.
A layered cake which is grilled (yes, really) and then covered in chocolate.
Classic French layed-desserts, usually made with sponge, moose and jelly. The bakers are asked to make two different sweet entremets.
