The crypto-currency became a media sensation in the last year after rising dramatically in price only to fall equally drastically as confidence suddenly evaporated.
Since then it has become somewhat more stable, avoiding many of the big rollercoaster fluctuations of its past. Until this weekend, when it suddenly dropped 20%.
