The final of The Great British Bake Off 2014 is here, with the remaining three bakers – Richard, Luis and Nancy - battling it out to be crowned King or Queen of the tent.
The series has been a ratings hit, stirred up fair dollop of controversy (WHY WOULD YOU TAKE ICE CREAM OUT OF THE FREEZER?) and has had the usual measure of quality punnery from Mel and Sue, all overseen expertly by Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood.
But laughs aside, we've also seen some quality baking from the contestants, and some expert advice from Mary and Paul (Mel and Sue not so much).
So to celebrate the series which introduced us to Kouign-amann (the technical challenge no one had heard of), boozy cocktail doughnuts (thank you Luis), and the mighty Norman (this is a bit exotic, you know, PESTO), we have rounded up our favourite baking recipes from the series.
