Grandmother Spends £4,000 WiFi-Proofing Her Home

WiFi Signal Fears Lead Grandmother To Spend £4K 'Proofing' Her home

A grandmother has spent over £4,000 WiFi-proofing her home in order to protect her health.

72-year old Stefanie Russell spent the huge sum of money to have specialists come and paint both the inside and outside of her house with anti-radiation paint.

The paint will then effectively block both WiFi and mobile signals throughout her house, protecting her from the signals which she says cause her nausea and headaches.

While she hasn't been diagnosed by a GP, the Telegraph reports that Mrs Russell suffers from 'Electro-sensitivity'. The condition is so severe that she won't travel on public transport due to the number of people using mobile phones.

The condition isn't yet officially recognised in this country but both Canada and Sweden have officially classed it as a medical impairment.
