We couldn't even begin to imagine how tough it must be - both mentally and physically - going through chemotherapy. But then there's the finally cherry on the top: losing your hair.
One cancer-fighting grandmother, however, has proven that she's not going to let chemo get her down. In fact, she's embraced her health situation and has knitted herself a mighty fine head of hair.
Rosemary Porter Capitolo has been undergoing chemotherapy (on and off) for the past two years to treat ovarian cancer.
Last October, after months of wearing hats to cope with her hair loss, she decided to do something different and knitted herself a bright orange wig. Judging by the picture (hello pumpkin cardigan), it was Halloween-themed.
The 71-year-old told The Huffington Post: "I'm an avid knitter. I've been knitting for 60 years. I saw a pattern on a website and thought this would be a hoot."

Despite knitting her hair last year, Rosemary shot to fame in recent times after her granddaughter, Megan Shone tweeted a picture of her gran wearing her knitted hairdo.
The tweet has since been favourited nearly 75,000 times and retweeted a massive 16,400 times. Pretty incredible.
So what's the avid knitter going to do next?
Although she doesn't have plans to knit any more hair, Rosemary will be wearing the piece to her chemo treatment later this month.
