Kylie Minogue treated her friend Mario Testino to an extra special birthday surprise as the photographer celebrated his 60th in London.
Kylie jumped out of a huge birthday cake at the star-studded bash at the capital's Chiltern Firehouse before singing Happy Birthday to the snapper-to-the-stars.
The 46-year-old singer, who took a break from her Kiss Me Once European tour to be at the VIP bash, dazzled in a stunning sequinned dress.
Kylie later shared a snap on Instagram of the moment she popped out of the cake, writing: "So....yes....I popped out of a cake to sing #HappyBirthday for [Mario Testino] tonight."
She also shared a short video clip of her strutting her stuff with two of her backing singers at the event...
Mario, who is best known for his fashion photographs in the likes of Vogue, was joined by a whole host of other famous friends at the 'Great Gatsby'-themed party.
Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell vamped it up with the birthday boy for photos as they arrived.

Kate wore a stunning floor-length, red transparent gown, whilst Naomi looked the part in a silver dress, which she accessorised with red flowers in her hair.
Other guests included Sienna Miller, Hugh Grant, Rita Ora, Noel Gallagher and Keira Knightley.
There was no sign of Mel B though, which was probably a good thing after Kate's rumoured run-in with the ' X Factor' judge at another party the night before.
