With not much to do in the breaks between drinking mashed up testicles and arguing with your campmates, it’s understandable that flirtations will arise in the ‘I’m A Celebrity’ jungle, and it seems that Edwina Currie may have a soft spot for one of her fellow contestants.

While, at the beginning of the series, it looked like the former ‘X Factor’ contestant Jake Quickenden had set his sights on reality star Kendra Wilkinson, it seems she may have some competition from Edwina.
As Jake worked out with logs during Thursday night’s episode, Edwina was heard saying: “There you go... wonderful sight isn’t it!”

She later commented: “When you get older one of the frustrations is you see young bodies - and young bodies are just awesome.
“Just to sit and watch Jake doing his exercises and doing a bit of stretching and so on. Mmmm, that’s an old lady’s dream.”

Someone get that woman a bucket of ice water, pronto, that Australian heatwave clearly isn’t doing her any good at all.
Vicki Michelle, who became the fourth star to be eliminated from this year’s ‘I’m A Celeb’ during Thursday’s live show, also spoke about Edwina’s “sexual frustration”, commenting: “Edwina does talk about [sex] quite a lot, but in a fun way... and she’s a sexy mama.”
All we can say is that it’s a good job she wasn’t around to see Jake’s skinnydipping action earlier this week, she might well have hyperventilated.
Might we recommend, Edwina, that if you want to land yourself a toyboy, you might want to try not letting off gas around him so boastfully - as she did during Thursday night's show, apologetically telling her campmates: "I'm far enough away for it not to be a problem."
Edwina, we're thousands of miles away, and it's still a problem for us...
