Facebook May Soon Warn You If You've Uploaded A Drunken Selfie

The drunken selfie. We've all done it and almost no one is proud of it, which is precisely why Facebook is planning to do something about it.

Facebook is developing an artificial intelligence with the sole purpose of being able to analyse the photos you upload and then alert you if it detects any of them as being ill advised.

The software aims to give users more control over what they upload, even if they're not necessarily in control of themselves.

It will work by analysing not only the photos you upload but also the actions you take at certain times of day, learning that when you may be at risk of uploading photos you would later regret.
