There are some things you need in life: heat, water, air and so on.
There are other things that are nice-to-haves, like a set of N64-themed soaps. Or an iPhone.
Finally, there are things no one needs. Things that actively harm the world and everyone in it. Like an iPhone case designed to resemble an actual gun, in 'funky' pink, classic white, or 'easily mistaken by police for a real gun and seriously they've shot people for far, FAR less' black.
