Kate Middleton Buys Prince George High Street Christmas Clothes, Owner Says She's 'Lovely'

Never mind Kim Kardashian 'breaking the Internet', Kate Middleton almost achieved the feat when official Christmas pictures of Prince George were released last week.

And now, the lady who owns the shop where Kate bought some of the clothes for the shoot, has opened up and said she's "lovely".

The little prince (seriously, look at those chubby cheeks), was super-cute in £36 corduroy shorts and £7 socks by Chelsea-based Amaia Kids in the photos.

And, the owner says, Kate is a regular customer.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, Amaia Perso, the shop's co-owner, said, "The Duchess of Cambridge has been visiting our shop regularly ever since George was a little baby.

"We feel really proud and honoured. We are a small brand and she could have taken her pick of any brand, so we are really really grateful to her for picking us."

Amaia added, "I love the Prince's style. It's classic, cute and he is very suitably dressed as a royal baby. It's great that he wears so many British high street brands."

And Amaia also noted how "lovely" Kate is, saying, "My business partner Segolene and the girls at the store have met Kate and they always say what a nice, lovely and down-to-earth person she is."

The adorable £32 Cath Kidston tank top he wore sold out almost immediately - but, don't fear, it's being restocked for 2015.

The 16-month-old sat for the pictures back in November in a courtyard at London's Kensington Palace. They were reportedly released by Kate and Wills as a thank you to the media for not publishing any paparazzi pictures of their son.

We think we're in love.
