Dermot O'Leary Leaving ‘X Factor'? Presenter Hasn't 'Made Up My Mind' About 2015 Series

Could Dermot Be Leaving 'X Factor'?

Dermot O’Leary has hinted that he could be leaving ‘X Factor’, revealing that he is yet to put pen to paper on a contract for 2015.

Dermot has presented the show since 2007, however, it looks like he could be ready to move on to pastures new.

When asked if he’ll be returning this year, Dermot tells Radio Times: “I haven’t made up my mind yet.

“I love doing [X Factor] and it’s a huge part of my life. But it’s eight years now.”

It seems he’s also already begun considering the possibility of other projects.

It’s been a busy week for Dermot, who’s currently preparing for his role as host of the National Television Awards, and just days ago, some (slightly disturbing) snaps of him dressed as other TV personalities were revealed.

After Ben Haenow won the last series of ‘X Factor’, the show’s runner-up, Fleur East, was also snapped up and signed to Simon Cowell's record label, Syco.

Later this year, a selection of the hopefuls will head out for the ‘X Factor’ live tour, including Paul Akister, who was a late addition to the bill after his mentor’s Mel’s requests.
