Getting a good night's sleep is not only important for making sure you don't wake up hating the world, but also for your health.

Whether it's the Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock or the Jawbone App there's plenty of technology out there that can help monitor how you're sleeping and then recommend some changes that could help.

Jawbone's app lets you see how much you slept overall, the deep sleep you got and shows you an average, letting you work out if there are specific things during the night that are keeping you up.

Both apps also offer a smart alarm that'll wake up you up in the morning at your lightest point of sleep so you feel less inclined to throw your phone out of the window.
