Hey ladies, if society hasn't given you enough body image issues to worry about, here's another to throw on the pile: your vagina.

Because, according to an 'expert' on ITV's This Morning, your "dry, sagging" vagina is in need of a 'vagacial'.

For anyone not in the know (and why the hell would you be?) a 'vagacial' is a facial for your vagina.

Created by matchmaker Lisa Palmer, the 'treatment' involves steaming your nether reasons for 20 minutes before applying a mix of coconut oil (one teaspoon), Vitamin E (one teaspoon), honey (one teaspoon) and egg white (from one egg).

And such is Palmer's devotion to ridding Britain of its apparent fanny problem, that she performed one live on the programme for a 74-year-old woman.

Abigail has a 30-year-old boyfriend and hasn't had sex for 20 years

Palmer's aim, is to help women combat vaginal dryness, tightness and elasticity that become more apparent with ageing - and to give a more youthful appearance.

"Women are pressurised to have a youthful face at all ages yet we forget about the appearance of our vaginas."

Naturally, Twitter has exploded. Most find it hilarious, others have been put off their breakfast.
