This Vine of a West Ham member of security staff rushing ahead to open the door for visiting dignitary fan Russell Brand and hitting the deck in spectacular style is compulsive to watch – if only because we’ve all been there.

The man bounds into view and virtually bounces off the ground before heroically righting himself – glasses still intact.

Moments later Brand strolls through the door clad in dark glasses and clutching a cup of coffee, looking every inch the rock star.

Brand was at the ground to watch his team take Hull City 3-0 on Sunday.
