The talent show judge is currently filming her ninth series of 'BGT', but has claimed that next year - which will mark a decade on the panel - could be a good time for her to bow out.

Speaking to The Mirror at Saturday's London auditions, Amanda claimed: "I would love to make it to 10 years and then call it a day. 10 years is an amazing feat.

"I want a nice big clock when I leave and some holiday in the sunshine. And a retirement package."

Amanda is the only 'BGT' judge who has been with the show since its launch, and in her time on the panel has seen Simon Cowell, Piers Morgan and even David Hasselhoff come and go (and, in the case of Simon, come back again).

Since becoming a judge on the show she's carved a career for herself as a TV presenter, fronting the musical show 'Superstar' as well as filling in for Holly Willoughby on 'This Morning' last year.

She has now said that she'll be fronting a new show for Endemol, but refused to give any details, simply teasing: "It's going to be a great thing."
