Batman has been on a pretty straightforward trajectory for about the last 30 years, from a tights-wearing anachronism to pitch black (non-lethal) pain machine. And when the new ‘Arkham’ video game hits stores and June 2, it looks like he’s going to get even darker (and more brutal) still.
‘Batman: Arkham Knight’ will see the caped crusader once again battling a rich cast of crazed super villains, aided this time by vehicles in the form of the Batmobile and Batbike, as well as shiny next-gen graphics.
The latest trailer reveals the beauty (in a rainy, miserable sort of way) of Gotham, as well as the bone-crunching combat you’ll be spending most of your time there engaging in.
