Kylie Jenner, aka Kim Kardashian's 17-year-old half-sister, has just bought herself a $2.7 million (£1,740,000) pad in California. You know, just casually.
Remember being 17 and just blowing a couple of mill on your own digs? Man, living with parents was the worst.
According to TMZ Kylie has splashed out on a 4,900 square foot house - complete with five bedrooms, home cinema and a kitchen to die for - in The Oaks which is just outside of Hollywood in Calabasas.
The neighbourhood is literally is buzzing with celebs and both Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian live just a block away, so it's not like she's making a big break away from the KUWTK klan.
$2.7 million, though? That's insane.
Also, is she actually going to live there alone? Or is she moving in with rumoured boyfriend, rapper Tyga? (They were spotted lunching in Calabasas just last month.)
This mega mansion could also be the perfect venue for her imminent 18th birthday bash. Surely she's still a house party kind of gal...
