Scotland's happiest lollipop man has been banned from high-fiving schoolchildren.

Nkosana Mdikane, 74, who works outside Aitkenbar and St Peter's primary schools in West Dunbartonshire, has been told to stop being so jolly as he helps children cross the road – because it's not safe!
