Gisele Bündchen Reportedly Retiring From The Catwalk (But This Isn't The Last You'll See Of Her)

Gisele May Be Retiring But Don't Worry, This Isn't The Last You'll See Of Her

Gisele Bündchen is reportedly retiring from catwalk modelling and will take her last turn on the runway this April.

The highest-paid model in living history will be bowing out after Colcci's Spring 2016 show during Sao Paolo Fashion Week next month, according to the Brazilian publication Moda Estadao.

The website reports that it is Gisele Bundchen’s dream to end her 20 years of catwalk career in her native country, where she was first discovered by Elite modelling agency when she 14 years old.

Bundchen's New York agency, IMG, have yet to confirm or deny the news.

But panic not, this is not the last we will see of the 34-year-old Brazilian model - who we personally love for her sensible advice on topics close to her heart, such as parenthood:

"It's very important to nourish yourself, take care of yourself."

Bundchen will continue to produce her own footwear and lingerie labels and to front numerous high-profile campaigns for the likes of Chanel No.5, Carolina Herrera, Balenciaga and H&M.

She will also continue to work as Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Environment Programme.

And, most importantly of all, she will be busy keeping us updated on her fashion choices and musing on Instagram.
