Just a few months ago ‘TOWIE’ star James ‘Arg’ Argent admitted he had hit ‘rock bottom’ after his partying ways saw him suspended from the reality drama and ended with a stint in rehab.
But what a difference a few months can make!

The 27-year-old looked healthy and happy as he attended a launch party on Monday night.
As he made his way into the Fuzzy Banter dating app launch at the La Sala restaurant in Chigwell, Arg was looking in great shape.

The reality star has turned things around since leaving rehab, which has meant significantly cutting down on his partying ways, eating healthily and hitting the gym instead of the clubs and bars of Essex.
After hiring a personal trainer, James is looking better than ever and is back on ‘The Only Way Is Essex’.
Speaking to Now magazine about the day he entered The Priory rehab centre, he said: “My dad drove me. It took an hour and a half to get there.
“I didn't want my dad to see me cry but as soon as he left I just sobbed because I knew I had done this to myself.”
