Shutthefrontdoor is currently the bookies' favourite to win at 7-1, while Bob Ford, Tranquil Sea, Ely Brown, Gas Line Boy and River Choice are all looking unlikely at 100-1.
Pineau De Re won the race last year, but sits in tenth on the odds tables this year at 22-1.
Odds-on-favourite Shutthefrontdoor will undoubtedly bring in a huge amount of support with jockey AP McCoy looking to make a splash in his last ever Grand National.
