But Zeke, here, is making such an announcement - not least because he's really, really upset that Hillary Clinton got in their before him.
"I wanted to run for President!" he tells his mum, Erin Celello, between sobs - before then going on to explain that he thinks being President means he'll be able to "play with toys". Well, he's not far off...
