The majority of people in Britain (67%) feel awkward around disabled people. This means they can often panic and behave or say things that can be offensive, inappropriate or just downright annoying.

In a recent post on Reddit , people with disabilities reveal the things some people do that really pisses them off.

The thread received more 8,000 comments in less than 24 hours and serves as a valuable reminder that more needs to be done in order to aid understanding, promote equality and end social awkwardness around disabilities.
