‘Don't Tell The Bride' New Series To Feature Older Couples, As BBC Three Favourite Moves To Primetime BBC1 Slot

'Don't The The Bride' Is Back... With A Difference!

There’s good news for ‘Don’t Tell The Bride’ fans, as the next series of the show will be screened in a primetime slot on BBC1.

The show, usually screened on BBC3, has been running for nine years, and the move also means some changes will take place.

Jenni and Andrew will star in the first episode of the new series

When the new series begins in June, a number of older couples will feature, many of whom already have children and grandchildren.

As usual, they will be given £14k to fund their big day, the condition being that the groom has to do all the planning.

Previous episodes of ‘Don’t Tell The Bride’ have seen grooms arrange Las Vegas weddings, sky-diving registrars and disastrous hen dos in local pubs, so what could possibly go wrong?

BBC1’s first episode of ‘Don’t Tell The Bride’ is expected to be screened 24 June at 8pm, though this date may change.
