‘Top Gear' Presenters Jeremy Clarkson, James May And Richard Hammond Reunite At Goodwood

Reunited And It Feels So Good

Just days ago, Richard Hammond and James May were spotted at the BBC’s London HQ, and now, the duo have reunited with their former fellow ‘Top Gear’ presenter Jeremy Clarkson.

The trio may not be fronting the motoring show anymore, but they have now regrouped and begun filming in preparation for their ‘Top Gear Live’ tour, which has been rebranded and given the imaginative new name ‘Clarkson, Hammond And May Live'.

New snaps show Jeremy, Richard and James filming at Goodwood, and they were also spotted enjoying dinner together, while staying at a nearby hotel the evening before filming began.

Thankfully, the presenters’ venue of choice offered a range of hearty meals, including sirloin steak. We’d have hated to see how the evening might have ended if another cold meat platter was presented.

Chris Evans, who is one of the favourites to replace Jeremy on the show, told his Radio 2 listeners that the trio were back together, holding “secret” meetings at Goodwood to plan the shows, and Brand Events - who are working on the project - later confirmed that this was true.

A Brand Events statement published on MailOnline reads: “So as not to disappoint the thousands of people around the world who have already purchased tickets, BBC Worldwide has agreed with our joint venture partner Brand Events that the remainder of the tour can continue.

“These events will not however feature any BBC Top Gear branding or content. We believe this is a sensible approach in the circumstances.”

Creative Director Rowland French adds: “The three presenters have been working incredibly hard to make sure it's better than ever before, and I'm certainly looking forward to seeing them back doing what they do best.

“If you love the three boys, then this is the only place to see them!”

While the Beeb were believed to be looking for a replacement for Jezza, James and Richard later stated that they have no plans to return to ‘Top Gear’, leaving three slots open on the presenting team.

The 'Clarkson, Hammond And May' tour kicks off next month.
