‘EastEnders’ fans finally got to find out who the lucky winners of the much-hyped £1 million scratchcard was on Thursday night, when Kat and Alfie Moon hit the jackpot.
For months, bosses have been teasing that one Walford resident would scoop a huge sum of cash, and we are delighted that the unlucky couple have finally got some good news.
After purchasing the scratchcard with his last £1, Alfie rubbed it on Kat’s boob (natch), before scratching it off and learning of his pending windfall.
Hundreds of fans took to Twitter following the episode, and the general consensus was that bosses couldn’t have picked a more deserving pair:

Kat and Alfie won’t be hanging around in Walford though, as they’re set to head off for Ireland in the near future.
