Kym Marsh and Stephanie Waring are being kept separate from one another at the British Soap Awards this weekend, it has been reported.

The two have had a public feud ever since the ‘Coronation Street’ actress started dating Stephanie’s ex and the father of her child, Dan Hooper, who Kym announced that she had split from earlier this week.
Following Kym and Dan’s split, Stephanie sent out a cryptic tweet which appeared to hit out at the pair, while a source close to her reportedly told MailOnline that she considered it “karma”.

It’s now been claimed that bosses at this Sunday’s British Soap Awards - where Kym’s character, Michelle Connor, has been nominated in the Best Storyline category - are keen to keep the feuding actresses apart, even going as far as reshuffling the seating plan, according to The Mirror.
A show source told the newspaper: “This night should be all about the drama on-screen rather than between the stars, so organisers will be on high alert.

To make matters worse for Kym, her former sister-in-law - Emmerdale's Charley Webb - will also be in attendance, which won’t exactly help in making things less awkward, will it?
It was recently claimed that ‘Corrie’ bosses had managed to sign Kym up for a new six-figure deal, in a bid to stop her following in the footsteps of several of her co-stars, who have recently announced they were bowing out of the soap.
