Donald Trump Is Getting Live Tweeted By Women On Their Periods

Women Are Live Tweeting Their Periods At Donald Trump

Women are live tweeting their periods at Donald Trump using the hashtag #PeriodsAreNotAnInsult in reaction to the controversial remarks he made after appearing on the GOP debate.

During a subsequent interview with Don Lemon on CNN, Trump said of Megyn Kelly's line of questioning: “You know, you could see there was blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever."

The comments by the Republican presidential candidate sparked fury across social media, with many taking the opportunity to educate the politician.

Another woman, assured Trump that she'd join in when her menstrual cycle began:

And then there was more live tweeting:

Predictably, the movement began to include a mockery of Trump's hair.

Trump has attempted to silence his accusers, some of whom are calling him a misogynist.

He refuted the interpretation of his words and said he'd meant to say "nose" or "ears" and said "wherever" in an attempt to change the subject.

Despite the backlash, he still has some over-enthusiastic support, particularly from a pair of sisters who have gained a huge following on YouTube as the “Stump for Trump” girls.

The sisters spoke about their feelings for Trump, noting that they believe he is the only man able to “make America great again.”
