A brand new ‘X Factor’ trailer has been unveiled and there is… well, there’s a lot going on.

In the 30 second clip, fans of the singing show are teased with footage of a table dancing contestant, Olly Murs and Caroline Flack throwing some shapes and a standing ovation from all four judges, all recorded at this year’s auditions.
There’s also a sneak peek at one of this year’s aspiring girl groups, and the beginnings of the ice cream fight between Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw, that eventually ground filming to a halt last month.

As with the show’s previous teaser trailer, a voice-over ends the clip with the announcement: “Expect the unexpected.”
Earlier this week, it was confirmed that fans don’t have long at all to wait before ‘The X Factor’ returns to our screens, as the 12th series will kick off across two episodes, on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August.
Looks like it's going to be another outrageous series
Simon Cowell and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini are both returning to the panel, with Nick and Rita taking over from last year’s departing judges, Louis Walsh and Mel B.
All four judges are currently enjoying some down-time before they return to the panel.
Earlier this month, Rita was spotted on a sunshine break in Ibiza, but it’s not all been fun and games for the singer, as she’s now gone back to work, promoting her latest single.
Meanwhile, Simon has been enjoying some family time, making us all jealous with a series of super-cute family snaps.
