Each year, the judges enlist a famous adviser to help them whittle the six acts remaining in their category down to just three, ahead of the live shows.

In the past, Cheryl has had help from will.i.am, Tinie Tempah and Will Young, but this year, ‘Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself’ singer Jess Glynne will be at her side in Rome, according to Radio Times.

Meanwhile, Grimmy is said to be joined by Mark Ronson, according to new reports in The Mirror.

The news comes after the revelation that Sinitta will be absent as Simon Cowell’s judges’ houses this year.

In previous years, the ‘So Macho’ singer has been there to offer advice to Simon on which acts should be put through to the live shows, usually while wearing some class of outlandish outfit, like a leaf bikini or a costume made entirely out of fans.

However, this year she’s been replaced by One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson, who was previously involved in the show last year, behind the scenes.

In a bid to shake up the show, this year’s judges’ houses performances were initially intended to be broadcast live.

However, this proved to be causing a logistical headache for producers, and the plans have since been scrapped, although footage of the judges announcing their final decisions will be broadcast live.
