The actress has revealed she squeezes in 20 minutes of exercise per day around work and child commitments in order to keep her body looking and feeling strong.
"People think you need two hours a day to do it and that's bullsh**," she told Allure magazine.
"If you work out 20 minutes a day in some way, you're going to see changes."
Hudson, who co-founded activewear brand Fabletics in 2013, went on to say that you don't need to splash out on expensive exercise classes to stay in shape.
Instead, she's found a few clever ways to keep fit while having fun with her two children.
"I've had days where I have the kids - Ryder's on his bike, and I put Bing in a stroller - and I will run and sprint up hills," she said.
She also does things that "people would think look completely insane", such as getting into downward dog and other yoga poses while she kills time on aeroplanes.
That's multi-tasking for you.
