Daisy Ridley Attends Star Wars: Fashion Finds The Force In Space Age Dress

Daisy Ridley Looks Out Of This World At Star Wars Fashion Event

London-based designers showcased catwalk looks inspired by Star Wars: The Force Awakens, at an out of this world fashion presentation last night.

Daisy Ridley, the actress who plays Rey in the film, was in attendance - looking stunning in a space age dress at the event in Old Selfridges Hotel on Thursday 26 November.

Ridley's cream metallic gown featured futuristic abstract detailing on the front and a cut out back with statement red strap.

The 23-year-old kept her accessories to a minimum, but teamed the look with a pair of nude Christian Louboutin heels with complementing red soles.

Ahead of the film's release in the UK on 17 December, designers Agi & Sam, Bobby Abley, Christopher Raeburn, Claire Barrow, J.W. Anderson, Nasir Mazhar, Peter Pilotto, Phoebe English, Preen by Thornton Bregazzi and Thomas Tait created a range of Star Wars looks for the event, called Star Wars: Fashion Finds The Force.

All the participating designers were in attendance as their designs were revealed, escorted on-

stage by iconic Star Wars characters R2-D2, C3-PO and stormtroopers.

All the incredible looks from the night are now available by online auction at starwarsfashion.london, sold in support of Great Ormond StreetHospital Children’s Charity on behalf of Star Wars: Force for Change.

Each designer has also created a limited edition unisex sweatshirt and t-shirt, featuring a unique print inspired by the motifs and mood of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The tops are exclusively at Selfridges stores nationwide and online, with all proceeds donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity.
