We've seen many versions of Monopoly over the years with Star Wars, Despicable Me and The Beatles being just a few.
But now there's a new kid on the block and, quite frankly, we're struggling to maintain our excitement about it.
For cat-lovers who love nothing more than playing board games on Christmas day, Cat-Opoly now exists. And yes, it's Monopoly but with all-things cat related.
And breathe...
The site selling the board game, dudeiwantthat.com, reads: "Cat-Opoly is a Monopoly for people who really, really, really like cats. And cat videos, cat memes, cat selfies, cat forums, cat Reddit threads..."
The aim of the game is to buy as many cats as you can.
Instead of landing in jail, players will land in a cat's worst nightmare - the bathtub. Meanwhile playing pieces include a milk bottle, mouse, sardines, cat food, fish and a ball of string.
