The film's stars stormed the red carpet at the TCL Chinese Theatre in some seriously stunning and futuristic designs - combining couture with a galaxy far, far away.
Lupita Nyong'o, who plays the role of Maz Kanata, opted for all-out space age sparkle in an embellished Alexandre Vauthier gown from the upcoming SS15 collection.
Daisy Ridley, who plays Rey, looked ethereal in a floaty custom Chloé gown, while Gwendoline Christie channelled her character Captain Phasma in dramatic custom Oscar de la Renta.
