The world came together this week to celebrate a remarkable achievement.

NHS funding was also under the microscope this week, with a National Audit Office report revealing health trusts would be underfunded to the tune of £2.2billion by the end of March.

He is struggling to convince his continental colleagues that stopping EU migrants claiming in-work benefits for the first four years they are in the UK is something they should back.
