Boeing has unveiled a futuristic view of flying with its new cabin concept.
Making use of projectors, advanced lighting and brand-new seats the ultra-luxurious interior uses technology to boost the quality and feel of the experience aboard the plane.

By using small projectors in the ceiling, Boeing were able to transform the ceiling of the aircraft letting the cabin crew create huge blue sky backdrops or starry night skies when passengers need to sleep.
The projectors offer a cost-effective upgrade over turning the ceiling into a giant LED screen for a number of obvious reasons, the first being hand-luggage.
Storage lockers in the ceiling would remain but would instead be coated with a material more conducive to having an image projected onto it.
“These ceiling projections could be scenes found in nature or helpful information for passengers projected on the walls and bulkheads,” said Mike Sinnett, Commercial Airplanes vice president of Product Development.
“Airlines could use these lighting enhancements on the walls and bulkheads to display information about the destination or to project scenes that get passengers thinking about where they’re going,” he said.
As projectors continue to get smaller and cheaper Boeing's aim is to turn almost any surface on board the plane into a possible interactive screen.
Now for the dose of realism which is that this is still very much just a concept so as much as we'd love to get on board that very plane next week don't expect it to appear in Boeing's aircraft for at least a few years.
