Georgia May Foote and Giovanni Pernice have been forced to deny rumours that they are engaged.

The pair, who only confirmed news of their romance last week, sparked speculation that they were set to tie the knot when she was spotted wearing a rock on her ring finger.

Photographers caught Georgia with the sparkler as she stepped out in Birmingham, during a break from the ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ arena tour.
However she has insisted she won’t be walking down the aisle, telling The Mirror: “It isn’t an engagement ring.”
Giovanni added: “It’s just a present.”

Last week, they revealed that they are set to move in together, having fallen for one another while partnered on last year’s ‘Strictly’.
Rumours that they had become a couple first started when they enjoyed a romantic break at Disneyland Paris over the festive period.
Their romance initially raised eyebrows as she had previously been dating her former ‘Corrie’ co-star, Sean Ward, when she first hit the ‘Strictly’ dance floor.
It was later claimed that they split when he grew jealous over her closeness to Giovanni.
