Zane Lowe promised that his interview with Zayn Malik would be well worth listening to and he definitely wasn’t wrong, as within the first 10 minutes, the former One Direction star confirmed the title of his solo album.

During his chat with the former Radio 1 host, Zayn revealed that the record will be called ‘Mind Of Mine’, before disclosing other details about the album.

‘Mind Of Mine’ will be released in early Spring, and Zayn also revealed that there will be a mammoth 17 or 18 songs on the album.
He told the presenter: “I wrote 46 or 47 songs. It [The album] is finished.
“There are obviously little bits that I still need to do to make it sound great.”
Fans don’t have to wait long to hear new Zayn’s music though, as his debut single ‘Pillowtalk’ will receive its first play on Nick Grimshaw’s Radio 1 show on Friday (29 January) morning.
He’s also previously teased other tracks, chatting to Billboard and Fader about the songs ‘BeFour’ and ‘I Got Mine’.
